With about 40 years of history, Scoprega is a specialized manufacturer of marine equipment and outdoor recreations.

The Company has been a family owned business since 1979 when 3 Italian families founded Scoprega. Since 1980, Scoprega has grown and evolved into a world-class, designing, manufacturing and selling all over the world a complete range of pumps, oars, paddles, valves, gauge meters, fittings and components.

The demand for inflation valves represented the opportunity to enter the marine/watersport industry. Valves were followed by oars/paddles, and later by foot pumps, hand pumps and, in the 90s, electric pumps, which are now the core business of the Group.
In 2007, Scoprega opened a 100% subsidiary in China - Ningbo BRAVO Manufacturing of Inflators and Accessories Co. Ltd. - where items and/or part of it are manufactured and the expanding Asian market is supplied.

In Italy, the Company assembles and sells inflators and accessories under its own brand Scoprega mainly for the European market, as well it distributes the products of its Chinese subsidiary in the same territory, serving not only the distributors but also the manufacturers.
In China, the Company produces inflators and accessories for the Chinese and Asian market with its own brand Bravo and, above all, manufactures customized inflators for large American, Far Eastern, and European groups operating in the nautical and outdoor sectors.
Ningbo Bravo, in addition to inflators, produces/assembles: valves, oars, paddles and several accessories for water sports equipment (inflatable boats, kayaks, canoe, SUPs, tents, and all kind of inflatables).

Scoprega is ISO 9001:2015 certified (Bureau Veritas). In addition the Group has implemented the 231 Organization and Control Management Model, the Code of Ethics, the auditing of the financial statements, and adopted processes and documents related to the “risk assessment”, “Security Planning”, “Legality rating” and the CRIBIS prime company certification.

With regard to products, the Group is compliant with the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 and electronic components are tested by UL to nationally recognized safety and sustainability standards.
