All the products are guaranteed for 2 years in accordance with EU regulations and they will be repaired or replaced free of charge if returned carriage paid to the factory which made the delivery. The repair or replacement under warranty is not valid if the product has been damaged due to improper use or has been tampered with.
Before returning the defective product, ask for an authorization number from the sales office.

IMPORTANT:
  • Any product substitution performed by the distributor directly, not authorized by Scoprega S.p.A., precludes the right to request any replacement.
  • For any return made without authorization by Scoprega S.p.A Sales Service, or for shipment with the transport costs not pre-paid, the merchandise will be refused and returned to the shipper.
  • Batteries, of any type, are excluded from the warrantee conditions.
